Deanna is the owner and manager of our Salon. It is her personal belief that a continuous, up-to-date education is the key to success for her staff and the salon. She continuously monitors courses being offered to the industry and determines the most applicable to the salon's clientele. Over the course of her years as a stylist, Deanna has attended numerous classes in precision hair cutting, color and styling techniques.

Her career philosophy is to find the most suitable style and product(s) to fit each guest's lifestyle and personality.

Deanna is married and the devoted mother of three, who spends her spare time attending her children's numerous activities and working out.

Dennise is the owner and manager of our Salon.

Kristine Martinez is a Certified Master Specialist Stylist. She began her career in 2000 as a shampoo technician for our salons and progressed to a stylist position in 2002. Kristine achieved the Master Specialist Certification in 2009.

Kristine believes the educational classes Jandee Salons provides its employees is a blessing as it continuously enhances her ability to create fresh new looks for each of her clients.

Kristine's career philosophy is that her love and passion for her job means she never has to "work a day in her life!"

In her free time, Kristine enjoys spending time with her husband, twin sister and her family. She works on her health & fitness by running and working out.

Maureen is a Certified Master Specialist Stylist who applies her expertise at the Lindenhurst and salon. She began her career in 2000 as a shampoo technician for our salons and progressed to a stylist position in 2002. Maureen achieved the Master Specialist certification in 2009.

Maureen believes the educational classes Jandee Salons provides its employees is a blessing as it continuously enhances her ability to create fresh new looks for each of her clients.

Maureen loves being a mom and a step mom and has a sweet 3 year old puppy named Elvis. In her free time she loves being with her twin sister and her nieces and nephew. Maureen has a strong faith and loves all things health and wellness.

Debbie brings 15 years of styling experience to our Lindenhurst salon. She specializes in hair cutting, color, foiling techniques and corrective hair coloring.

Debbie especially enjoys expressing her creativity through special occasion styles for bridal parties and formal events.

It is Debbie's personal philosophy to ensure her guests always have a great experience during their visit to The Jandee Salons.

Allison joined the Jandee family in 2010 where she began her hairstyling career. Passionate and excited to meet all of your hair care needs, Allison especially enjoys expressing her creativity through men’s hair cutting and creating beautiful custom hair colors, from vibrant reds to sun kissed blondes. Allison believes education is crucial to keep up with the constant changes in hair trends. When Allison is outside of the salon she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs.

Natalie graduated from the Cosmetology Program at Lake County HS Technology campus in May 2017. She started at Jandee Salon on her internship and has progressed up to a Level 3 Stylist. Natalie especially enjoys transforming hair through color, particularly balayage. When Natalie is not at the Salon she enjoys spending time with her large family, friends, fitness, and reading.

Natalie is our newest esthetician! She is currently taking appointments on Wednesdays from 1-8pm.

Lauren is a stylist at Jandee salon. She graduated from the Institute of Beauty and Wellness in Milwaukee Wisconsin in 2008.

While Lauren enjoys all aspects of hair designing, her favorite thing to do behind the chair is create beautiful blonde color including ombres. She also loves formal styling and has been a part of many brides' big days. Lauren thoroughly believes that education is key in the beauty industry and is constantly looking for new tips and tricks to enhance her guests hair.

Lauren is a wife to Jesse and mother of two children, Jack and Eloise. When not behind the chair she can be found playing with her kids, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, watching Netflix series, or spending time with her dog and two cats.

Nikki graduated from cosmetology school in 2009 and has spent much of her career perfecting her craft in sunny Southwest Florida. With a diverse background in both barbershops and salons, Nikki brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Jandee Salon.

She specializes in men’s cuts, women’s short cuts, blonding and blonde maintenance, balayage, curly hair, and blowouts. Nikki believes that communication and thorough consultations are the foundation of a happy client experience, ensuring every guest leaves her chair feeling confident and beautiful.

As a busy mom of three, Nikki finds joy in baking, cooking, and spending time outdoors. Whether she’s exploring nature or creating in the kitchen, she embraces adventure and creativity in every aspect of her life.

Trinitee is a level 1 stylist. She believes education is key and loves taking the classes Jandee provides to further her knowledge and learn new styles, trends and enhance her guests experience. Trinitee loves making her clients feel confident by styling, and personalizing their hair to the best result for them.

Trinitee graduated from the Cosmetology program at Lake County High School Technology Campus.

In her free time she loves hanging out with friends and family, and finding new crafts and hobbies.

Katrina started at the Jandee Salon as a Guest services representative and shampoo assistant while she went to beauty school at Lake County High School Tech Campus, and is now a level 1 stylist. She loves doing vibrant colors and lots of layering to create eye catching styles. Katrina loves attending classes for new trends and styles to further her education. When she is not in the salon, she likes to go thrifting, read or spend time with family and friends.

Carly loves all things skincare and is passionate about finding a personalized way to treat every skin concern. She believes that healthy skin can make anyone feel like the best version of themselves and is committed to helping them reach their skin goals.

In her free time, she loves to hang out with her friends and family, read, craft and play with her two dogs.
